I am Lucas Mora. I was building skills, doing digital work, and trying to become independent long before the later disputes about whether my income was legitimate. My August 24, 2019 messages show me discussing paid Instagram page management at fourteen. Years later, I remember my parents describing my income as scamming while I was trying to formalize a business and leave home.

The work was not separate from my attempts to be heard. I felt silenced by both of my aunts, Adriana Galvis and Diana Galvis Patino, at times when I needed adults to listen to me. They are both my mother's sisters, but they are different people in different conversations: Adriana in August and October 2019, Diana in March 2024. I want to explain the responses that hurt while preserving their advice and concern. The court ride Diana offered has a particular context that matters to how I experienced it.

This is a personal history, not a list of verified business achievements. I distinguish what the dated messages and formation record show from the work, goals, and financial scale I remember. The New Jersey certificate now documents February 21, 2024 as the filing date for FXXK AGENCY LLC. It helps fill in the timeline without auditing income or independently dating the police and hospital events I describe.

Learning online while I was still in middle school

I remember getting a phone and beginning to use Instagram around middle school, approximately 2018 or 2019. I was networking, learning marketing, making content, and looking for ways to become independent. To someone looking from the outside, I could simply appear to be a student spending time on his phone. I remember seeing opportunities in what I was learning. [E05]

The account people see today began as the account I created in middle school. At the time, people could see skating, fashion, friends, and the life I posted online. They could not see the full reality I associate with home. I saw the internet as a place where I could build skills, find opportunities, and create a future. I also hoped that having a voice of my own would someday help me tell my story. That is how I remember my purpose; the old posts and messages cannot independently prove every intention I had then.

The identification of it as the same account comes from me. A current handle does not independently establish its creation date or an uninterrupted ownership history. I also remember running my first client advertising campaign during the summer between eighth and ninth grade, approximately 2019. The August message supports discussion of online work that summer, not independent verification of that campaign or an exact 2018 starting date. [E01]

August 24, 2019: advice about an offer and the work I already described

Dated message: August 24, 2019. The conversation shows me asking for advice about a clothing company that had approached me on Instagram. I was fourteen, having been born in May 2005. The header displays “Instagram User”; I identify the other participant as my aunt Adriana Galvis. The displayed account name alone does not establish who she is. [E01]

I described an offer that required paying $30 a month for three months, receiving clothing, making photographs and a skateboarding edit, and potentially receiving at least $500 a month afterward. That was the proposal as I explained it, not proof of a completed sponsorship or a payment I received.

In that same conversation, I wrote: “I'm working with another account on Instagram that pays me $100 a month for helping run their page”. This is what I was already writing about at fourteen. I separately mentioned making about $150 a month cutting grass. The lawn work was not digital income. This records what I said at the time, not a payment receipt or an audit of either amount.

The other participant asked whether I had researched the clothing company. She encouraged me to look beyond its Instagram account and present what I found to my parents. I am preserving that helpful response. My memories of other family interactions do not erase the practical advice in this one.

In that conversation, I told Adriana Galvis my parents knew about the work. That was not true. I was afraid they would take my money, and I did not know how to tell them. That is my current explanation of the difference between what I said then and what I now remember. The reviewed excerpt retains my statement that they approved; it does not independently establish that they knew. Payment account details are omitted for privacy.

The other 2019 family messages and their separate context

October 10, 2019: the same teenager was also trying to be heard

My recollection: before the October 10, 2019 exchange, I remember my father physically and sexually abusing me. I had put books in my pants to protect myself from his belt. I remember him removing the books, continuing to hit me, touching me inappropriately, and sending me to my room. Shortly afterward, I remember Adriana Galvis contacting me. The screenshots show our conversation, not the preceding incident. [E02]

I had been talking about work and opportunity in August. In October, I remember answering her while dealing with something painful at home. Those were parts of the same life, not two unrelated versions of me. I remember our preceding conversation as five days earlier and unrelated to what was happening at home; that interval and connection are my recollection.

The messages show her asking whether everything was okay and offering to listen. They then show criticism of my behavior at school and at home, advice about respect and earning freedom, and more offers of support. She also said she did not want me to feel attacked and described having had a strict parent. I experienced the criticism as making me the problem when I needed someone to understand why I was hurting.

I believed my mother had told her what happened because I remember the contact following so quickly. The messages do not describe the abuse or establish what Adriana knew. Keeping that distinction does not remove the feeling I carry from the exchange. It lets me show both the conversation and the memory I connect to it without pretending they are the same kind of evidence.

The work I remember building through high school

Throughout high school, I remember working with social content, Facebook and Instagram advertising, Shopify stores, ecommerce, dropshipping, leads, and sales for businesses. My dream was to become financially independent and a successful business owner. I was building an audience while withholding much of what I was experiencing at home.

I have described the financial scale of those high school activities as “hundreds of thousands” across client sales, business revenue, personal income, and profit. Those are different measures and may overlap. That is my estimate, not a verified total. I have not supplied reconciled accounts or a reliable breakdown, so those categories should not be added together or treated as my personal earnings.

What I want to preserve is the work and ambition I remember, without turning them into an income counter or a claim that I earned more than other people. The dated conversations show that I was talking about online work and goals. They cannot audit the results. [E01] [E03]

How a name that hurt became the name of my company

At school, I kept hearing “Fuck Lucas.” I felt that the way my parents portrayed me shaped how people treated me. I made those words my username because I wanted to take away their power to hurt me. At the time, I was full of hate for myself. That username eventually became the name of my company, FXXK Agency. Now I am watching it grow into a business I am proud of. [E05]

That is the personal history I associate with the name. I have not established an exact date for the username change, and it is not the same event as filing an LLC. What began as an attempt to answer the way I felt about myself became part of something I was building.

The separate history of formalizing the business

An office, graduation, and a different plan for my future

I remember having an office in Montclair, New Jersey during my later high school years, around 2022 and 2023. It was roughly an hour from my parents' home. I experienced it as both a workspace and time away from home, even when others understood it as me going to a job. That is my account; no lease is supplied here. A separate 2024 reference to a traditional job lasting a few weeks does not establish the office arrangement. [E05]

I graduated high school in 2023 and remember pressure to enroll in college that fall. I wanted to pursue business. That disagreement was part of the conflict at home, but it would not be accurate to say I never considered college. In the March 2024 messages, I also described considering college later on my own terms. [E03]

My work was connected to my wish to leave. It was something I hoped could support a life of my own, not merely something to explain to other people. The details matter because an office, a traditional job, a business idea, and formal company formation are different things. I do not want to collapse them into one convenient story.

Opening a business bank account: the encounter I connect to speaking out

Date still being confirmed. I remember going alone with business paperwork to open my first business bank account. My earlier account placed this shortly after I turned eighteen. My current account connects this LLC bank account encounter to why I spoke publicly in 2024. I need a dated record to establish the visit's exact date and its relationship to company formation; I am not treating them as the same day.

My understanding was that my mother reported the car stolen and said I intended to scam the bank. I did not hear every part of that report myself. I had gone there to do something practical for my business, not to defraud the bank.

I remember coming outside to approximately five police cars in the center of town, starting to record, and explaining myself. I also remember being told that, because I was eighteen, I did not have to return home. That was significant to me. I had been trying to build the means to leave; in that encounter, I remember being told I could decide not to go straight back.

Afterward, I remember staying in different places for several months while trying to keep building my business, then returning home hoping the relationship could be repaired. Those stays, the bank encounter, and company formation remain separate parts of my account. Their exact sequence still needs a dated bank record.

I began speaking publicly in that period because my parents called police while I was trying to open my LLC's bank account. I was trying to build my business and become independent. That is the trigger I now identify for the 2024 attempt, not a claim that I had never disclosed abuse or tried speaking before then.

Why the bank visit and the filing date remain separate

Early 2024: building a business while trying to speak about home

My recollection: in early February 2024, I told my parents I wanted to leave by my birthday in May. I was eighteen and would turn nineteen that May. I wanted time to develop the business and prepare to support myself. Wanting to leave was a plan for independence, not proof that I moved in May.

I now connect my attempt to speak publicly in that period to the business bank account encounter. The exact bank visit date still needs confirmation. I am keeping it separate from the nighttime police call I describe next, rather than merging two accounts to fill a gap in the timeline.

I remember a later nighttime police call, around 1 a.m., while I was working on my business, followed by hospitalization against my wishes. I dispute how I was described during that incident. I felt that my ambition was being interpreted as a symptom instead of a plan for independence. The underlying call and the recording I say I am trying to locate are not supplied here.

I describe the hospital conversations in February as a turning point in recognizing the pattern as abuse. That was not the first time I had been afraid or tried telling someone what happened. My account includes earlier disclosures and attempts in 2023. The March 2024 messages give a dated record of an attempt to speak while I was also trying to keep working. [E03] [E05]

My attempt to speak out in early 2024

February 21, 2024: the documented formation of FXXK AGENCY LLC

Formation record: the New Jersey Certificate of Formation records FXXK AGENCY LLC with an effective filing date of February 21, 2024 and the business purpose “SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING.” I was eighteen. The reviewed certificate is shown here with private identifiers redacted. It documents the filing date, not a new beginning for work I had already been doing for years. [E07]

The March 26 conversation contains conflicting wording: “That's why I told my parents I needed until May to make my LLC and then show that on paper.” My March message used wording that does not match the formation record. The certificate establishes February 21, 2024 as the filing date. The messages about my work go back years earlier. [E03]

I have not supplied an explanation for that March wording, and I am not assuming that “May” meant another company, proof of income, or different paperwork. The certificate resolves the filing date; it does not explain everything I said afterward.

The state certificate is the basis for the formation date. I have also described a separate IRS notice dated February 21, 2024, but that letter is not available in the reviewed sources for this revision. The certificate does not audit my earnings or independently establish the bank encounter or the order of police and hospital events within February. Those events need their own sources.

I recall telling my parents in early February that I intended to leave by my birthday in May. May 2024 was my nineteenth birthday and a planned move out date, not proof of a move that month. I am not moving the bank encounter to February 21 just to make the chronology look tidy.

March 2024: explaining my work to Diana Galvis Patino

Dated messages: March 2024. I identify the other participant as Diana Galvis Patino, my mother's sister. The visible header says Diana Galvis; she is not Adriana Galvis from the 2019 conversations. In the early March exchange, I accused my parents of telling people I was a scammer. Diana described a rumor around town and said my mother had asked about it because of her. The exchange records that disagreement, not who originated the rumor or whether it was true. [E03]

I told Diana about abuse and difficulty getting access to my computer and work. She replied: “You are stuck in the past, you need to move forward and find a solution for your situation right now, without focusing on what caused it.” I was trying to explain what had brought me there. I felt told to move past it.

After I wrote, “Abuse is abuse. Doesn’t matter when it’s reported. I tried telling people for years and no one believed me,” Diana replied, “I’ll pay your Uber to court” and “DO NOT miss it”. In my recollection, this was court where my parents were seeking a restraining order against me, not a ride to report abuse. I experienced that response as pressure to be silenced, not help. The screenshot establishes the disclosure and her words; the court context comes from my account.

Her stated concern also belongs here. She said she was worried about my wellbeing, and the same early March conversation includes my expressions of severe distress and thoughts about not continuing to live. Those historical messages help explain the concern she expressed; they are not statements about my present intentions. I am not removing that context to make her response appear simpler, or using it to decide whether any particular intervention was justified.

In the March 26 messages, I described doing social media management since middle school and discussed marketing income and goals. Diana replied: “I’m super proud and impressed with all the knowledge you have.” The surrounding conversation included her suggestion that I rent a small office for my business. That recognition and practical advice remain part of the record alongside what hurt me.

The messages record what I was saying and hoping for at that time, not audited financial results. They also give context to why access to my computer mattered during the court and family conflict. To me, it was access to work and to the future I was trying to build.

I remember working on advertising for events associated with Cardi B, Kyle Rich, Jenn Carter, 212GroupNYC, and other New York artists around 2024. I am describing event related work as I recall it. I have not supplied artist contracts or campaign records, and I am not saying those artists personally hired me, were direct agency clients, endorsed me, or verified my results. [E05]

I describe a restraining order process during this period, alongside trying to get my belongings, access my computer, and speak about home. The document supplied here is a different kind of record: a proposed Consent Agreement for Civil Restraints from March 2024. Its dates and signature lines are blank. It is not an entered order or proof that I agreed to its terms. [E04]

The proposal includes restrictions involving communication, social media contact, private information, and disparaging my mother's reputation or name. I read those terms while trying to explain what I had experienced. I felt pressured to accept limits that could make telling my story harder. In the March messages, I objected and said I did not understand what I would be signing. Diana initially advised me to raise objections with the lawyer; later, she told me to sign and send it over. Both parts matter to how I remember that pressure. [E03]

The full proposal also includes practical terms about a vehicle, a proposed acknowledgment of prior allegations, a provision for dismissal of the pending action, and statements about counsel and voluntary agreement. Those are not details to crop away. The unsigned acknowledgment is not an admission I made, and the proposed dismissal does not establish the actual court outcome. I now report that I never signed and the restraining order was later dropped for lack of grounds; an entered order or disposition would be needed to establish that outcome independently.

I remember threats and pressure involving a lawyer, police, and the restraining order process. I feared losing access to home, family, my belongings, and my dog, and feared being unable to speak about what happened. That was my understanding and experience; the proposal is not a finding that all speech or family contact was permanently prohibited.

For me, access to work and the ability to speak were tied together. I needed my computer to keep building a future, while I felt that describing what had brought me there could create more conflict. I experienced this period as pressure to stop telling my story. These are the 2024 events, separate from the police calls and proceedings I describe in 2026.

Treatment, memory, and finding my words again

My recollection is of three hospitalizations in 2024: February, May, and June. I remember the June stay lasting approximately five to six weeks, roughly three and a half hours from home, the farthest away I had been sent. I felt cut off while trying to build my business and be heard. These are separate from the two admissions in my January 2021 account; I have not established exact 2024 admission or discharge dates. [E05]

During that June stay, I remember refusing medication for the first two weeks. Then, on three mornings, I remember being forcibly woken, restrained, and injected. After that, I complied and began taking the medication. I did not feel I had a choice. The fuller treatment chapter describes this as my recollection, not an institutional, legal, or clinical finding.

The threats involving lawyers, police, and a restraining order, followed by what I experienced in treatment, are why I stopped speaking out. That is how I understand the silence that followed. During treatment, I felt emotionally dulled and had difficulty accessing and making sense of parts of what I had lived through. I believe medication contributed to that experience. I had also associated my memory difficulties with a snowboarding head injury.

In 2026, I describe a gradual medication reduction supervised by a clinician over approximately six months. I felt clearer and more emotionally present, and I began revisiting memories alongside older messages. That is how the experience felt to me, not a medical finding that medication erased memories or that stopping it verifies a recollection. The messages also do not establish that anyone deliberately prescribed medication to make me forget.

I associate the medication with losing access to memories of the abuse. I went quiet. After I stopped taking it through the supervised process I describe, I felt those memories returning and began speaking publicly again. Writing on October 2, 2026, I am finding that reviewing messages from the past week is bringing back more of what I remember. I am recording those memories alongside the messages and records I have found.

My attempt to speak out in 2024 stalled. In 2026, I began publicly putting the fuller story together, reconnecting my memories with older messages and sharing the life I had built since leaving. The website's existing history records its first publication on September 24, 2026. The older message sources and my expanded account were added on October 1, 2026. Those publication and editorial dates are separate from when the experiences happened, and this fuller telling does not erase my earlier attempts to disclose them.

October 2025: being told to leave, then leaving

My recollection: on October 14, 2025, my mother yelled at me: “if you're making so much money just fucking leave nobody fucking wants you here” I left New Jersey three days later, on October 17, 2025, and arrived in Chicago on October 18.

I describe leaving New Jersey at night on October 17, 2025 and arriving in Chicago on October 18 after driving approximately fifteen hours. Those dates come from my account, not independently verified travel records. I moved to Chicago without any family, plan, connections, clients, or anything.

The skills I had been building were still part of me. The move did not erase the years of learning, work, conflict, or trying to explain myself. It became the next part of a life I wanted to make my own.

Work as one part of finding my way home

Digital marketing continued into my business in 2026. It is part of the life I describe now in Chicago, alongside Samara, my friends, my apartment, the family I found, and the ordinary things I want to enjoy. I do not want the business chapter to replace those parts of the story or turn them into an advertisement.

These messages matter to me because they show that I was already talking about online work years before the disputes in 2024. They give a dated record of the skills and opportunities I was pursuing. They do not settle every later accusation or replace financial records.

My message to West Milford is that I reject the scammer label. I want people to understand the work I was building: the skills, the years of learning, and the business I was trying to formalize. That is my statement about my work, not a claim that one message or a filing record audits all of my business activity.

The timeline is filling in with different kinds of information: dated messages, the formation certificate, my recollection, and questions I cannot yet resolve. The 2019 discussion of work belongs beside the messages I connect to fear at home. Both were part of my life then. Building a way out was not separate from the story of trying to understand what I was living through.

I have built a career, a business, a life, and a future. I was building a future while trying to be heard, and the work was part of how I built a way forward. I Found My Way Home.

A note on accuracy

E01 is a dated discussion of work and a proposed offer, not proof of a sponsorship or payment. My current account corrects what I said then about my parents knowing. E02 records the October conversation, not the physical and sexual abuse I remember before it. E03 records disclosures, disagreement, concern, the court ride reply, and business plans. E04 is an unsigned proposal, not an entered order or a court disposition. E05 supplies my present recollection. E07 documents the February 21, 2024 LLC filing. The bank date, exact 2024 admission and discharge dates, legal outcome, and reason for the conflicting March wording still need their own records or explanation. The separately described IRS letter has not been reviewed here. No reconciled financial accounts, lease, artist contract, campaign record, or medical causation finding is supplied here.
