I am filling in my story using older messages, supplied documents, and the experiences I remember. The earliest dated messages in this packet are from 2019, when I was also learning digital marketing. The October exchange is one I associate with being hurt at home. The messages give parts of the story a date; they do not independently establish every event I describe or the beginning of the abuse.

Source IDs E01 through E07 connect the chapters to this index. The date in a message, the date I remember an event, and the date I added an update are different things. The message packet was reviewed on October 1, 2026; the formation certificate and my expanded explanation were added on October 2. Neither date replaces the dates of the older records. Selected stills overlap, and the supplied conversation images are not independently authenticated platform exports.

Only reviewed copies appear here. Original files remain private. Redactions remove unrelated identities, contact and billing information, case identifiers, and particularly sensitive personal details. They do not remove a supportive reply or an unfavorable term merely because it complicates my account. The five agreement pages remain in order, including clause 14 and the blank signature spaces.

My childhood predates these surviving messages. The 2019 records show early digital work and an exchange I connect to being hurt at home. That connection is my recollection, not independent proof of a beating or the beginning of abuse. Dates shown in a source, approximate event dates, and website publication dates are identified separately.

    E02 shows offers of support and criticism of my behavior from the account I identify as Adriana Galvis. I remember my father removing books I put in my pants to protect myself from a belt, continuing to hit me, touching me inappropriately, and sending me to my room before this exchange. That incident and connection are my recollection. The messages do not show the incident or establish what she knew.

                The August 24, 2019 messages give a dated record of me describing paid Instagram management at fourteen. I told Adriana Galvis my parents knew or approved. I now say that was not true: I was afraid they would take my money. The original statement remains visible, with payment account details removed.                 I identify the March 2024 participant as Diana Galvis Patino, a different aunt. E03-10 shows my abuse disclosure followed by her offer to pay for an Uber to court.                 E01: August 2019: discussing digital work

                The account displays Instagram User. I identify the other participant as my aunt Adriana Galvis. I asked about a proposed clothing arrangement and described another account paying me $100 a month to help run its page. I also mentioned about $150 a month cutting grass. The reply encouraged research before presenting the offer to my parents. In the conversation I said my parents knew or approved. I now say that was untrue: I was afraid they would take my money and did not know how to tell them. The original approval statement remains visible beside this correction; payment account details are visibly redacted.

                A dated record of what I said about online work at age 14, and the advice I received. The proposed clothing terms were $30 monthly for three months, clothing, photographs and a skateboarding edit, with possible later pay of at least $500 monthly.

                I identify the participant labeled Instagram User as Adriana Galvis. The October 10 exchange shows short replies, questions about how I was doing, offers to listen, a reference to an earlier smoking discussion, call indicators, and criticism about my behavior at school and at home. The later replies also discuss respect and freedom, describe a strict parent, say she does not want me to feel attacked, and offer support again.

                The words and sequence visible in these surviving messages.                 E03: March 2024: messages I identify as being with Diana Galvis Patino

                I identify the other participant as my aunt Diana Galvis Patino. The header says Diana Galvis, and I previously referred to her as Diana Patino. This is my identification, not independent verification of her legal name. She is not Adriana Galvis. We discussed hospitalization, trauma, abuse, a disputed rumor about my work, court, access to my computer, a proposed agreement, office space, and business plans. E03-10 preserves my abuse disclosure followed by her offer to pay for an Uber to court. In my recollection that was court where my parents sought a restraining order, not a ride to report abuse. I experienced that response as pressure. Her separate supportive words and advice remain in the record.

                I was describing abuse and disputing a bipolar diagnosis in March 2024. I also expressed severe distress and thoughts about not continuing to live. That historical context matters when reading Diana's stated concern for my wellbeing. Privacy omissions summarize those messages without graphic detail.

                Messages are not a clinical chart, audited accounts, a court disposition, or proof that every safety concern was knowingly fabricated. My March 26 wording about making an LLC by May does not match the February 21, 2024 effective filing date in the state certificate, E07. The reason for my wording remains unexplained. The court context is my recollection; the messages do not establish Diana's private motives. New outgoing messages at the recording's end are not part of the March exchange.

                E04: The proposed civil restraints agreement

                Consent Agreement for Civil Restraints in Luisa Mora v. Lucas Mora, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Passaic County. The copy uses Porro Law Group, LLC letterhead and identifies Kristen Porro Reilly, Esq. for the plaintiff. The five screenshots overlap adjacent pages. Blank signature and date spaces remain visible.

                The terms of the displayed proposal and their context alongside March 2024 messages in which I objected, expressed uncertainty, and discussed signing. All five pages are provided so readers can see both the restrictions I objected to and the proposed acknowledgment and dismissal terms.

                I describe feeling emotionally dulled while taking medication, memory difficulties I previously associated with hitting my head snowboarding, and feeling clearer after a clinician-supervised reduction. My October 2 clarification describes three 2024 hospitalizations, in February, May, and June. I remember the June stay lasting five to six weeks, roughly three and a half hours from home, two weeks of refusing medication, and restraint and injections on three mornings.                 E06: My report of a family concern, unanswered requests, and blocking

                The anonymous contributor told me Adriana had expressed discomfort to my maternal grandmother, Vilma Galvis, about my father being around Adriana's daughter. I did not witness it. I report requesting comment when the contributor came forward and in the following days, seeing read indicators without a substantive reply, then being blocked after posting.

                The account I have given of what I was told, what I tried to ask, and how the lack of response felt to me. The October 1 explanation also refers to this report.

                No complete original exchange proves the reported remark or precise block. An Instagram User header alone is not proof of blocking. The report does not establish harm to the daughter, Adriana's knowledge or motives, or endorsement of abuse. There is no separate source screenshot for E06.

                E07: February 21, 2024: FXXK AGENCY LLC formation

                The supplied New Jersey Department of the Treasury Certificate of Formation names FXXK AGENCY LLC, states February 21, 2024 as both its filing and effective date, and gives SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING as its business purpose. I was eighteen. A privacy-redacted image preserves those fields; the original PDF stays private.

                The company's recorded formation date and stated purpose. This is the state formation record, not an IRS tax notice, and it resolves the earlier missing-record uncertainty about filing. My March 26 message about making an LLC by May remains visible because its wording does not match the certificate.

                The certificate does not establish earnings, the date of the bank encounter, exact hospital dates, or why I used the later March wording. It is not an audit of business activity. The IRS notice referred to in my brief was unavailable for review and is not presented here.

                E04, page 1: document identity and blank date

                The first page identifies the parties, the court, and a proposed Consent Agreement for Civil Restraints. It refers to March 2024, but the displayed day and execution date are unfilled. This is an unsigned supplied copy. The letterhead identifies counsel for the plaintiff, not proof that I had independent counsel.

                The proposal sets out agreement to its terms; broad restrictions on communication involving my mother and immediate family or household members; restrictions on mail and use of her address; conditions for registration, insurance, costs, and use of a white Prius; and restrictions on communicating through third parties. This summary describes the displayed proposal, not a ruling about enforceability or evidence that its terms took effect.

                E04, page 3: social media and reputation clauses

                Clause 6 describes social media activity that could be perceived as attempted contact, including posts, comments, tags, photographs, captions, and shares. Clause 7 concerns approaching or contacting the plaintiff at her residence or employment. Clause 8 concerns her accounts, devices, and private information. Clause 9 contains the reputation restriction quoted below. These provisions mattered to my understanding of whether I could speak about my experiences.

                Defendant shall be restrained from disparaging or attempting to disparage the Plaintiff's reputation or name in any way shape or form.

                E04, pages 4 and 5: private information, enforcement, and acknowledgment

                Clause 10 concerns discussing, sharing, or publishing private, sensitive, or confidential information relating to the plaintiff. Clauses 11 through 13 address contact, possible future restraining-order requests, enforcement costs, and visits to a residence or employment.

                Clause 14 starts on page 4 and continues onto page 5. It would have me acknowledge the conduct alleged in the referenced temporary restraining order, not dispute its accuracy, and allow reliance on that history in a future proceeding. That is a material proposed acknowledgment. Its presence in this unsigned copy does not establish that I made the acknowledgment or admitted the underlying allegations.

                E04, page 5: proposed dismissal, counsel, and signatures

                Clause 15 says the plaintiff agrees to voluntarily dismiss the pending domestic violence action. It is a proposed term, not evidence of the court's eventual disposition. Clauses 16 and 17 contain statements about counsel, adequate time, decision making, and knowing and voluntary agreement. The unsigned copy does not establish that those statements became true of my situation. Clause 18 concerns service after entry. The displayed date and signature lines are blank.

                I now report that I never signed and that the restraining order was later dropped for lack of grounds. No executed agreement, dismissal order, docket disposition, or record of the court's reasoning was supplied with this packet. Nothing here establishes current permission to ignore any order, or merges these 2024 discussions with the separate 2026 calls.
